Christmas Auction Raises $3K
February 12, 2020
Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year! In addition to the season’s festivities, our campus was blessed with gifts of generosity during Christmas. From gift bags to Christmas hams, this past December brought in many stories of kindness. And we have one last story from the community to share.
You may remember the online Christmas auction we hosted back in December. We had some pretty amazing items for sale – and you all thought so, too! We saw an overwhelming amount of participation as our community placed bids. In total, we raised $3k to benefit community programs like the Food Center, our tutoring programs, and after-school programs for kids.
We want to thank David Buist for all his help during the auction. He was gracious enough to help plan and coordinate this exciting fundraiser! And we thank everybody who participated in this year’s Christmas auction. Your contributions send ripples of HOPE through the community! We’re excited to see the auction expand this year and offer more great items to support more great programs.
