Healthy Food for Healthy Families

FOOD PROGRAMS AT STREAMS
Providing healthy supplemental food to local families.
Our community Food Center uses a client-choice environment that protects the dignity of each visitor and encourages relationships. We also have a community garden on campus where neighbors can rent a plot and grow healthy produce together.

500+ families served each month in the Food Center
“Hallelujah, praise God for this organization. I didn’t know what to expect but they really did give me free food on my very first visit. They let you come back once a month by appointment. Such a huge blessing. Thank you!”

Community Garden
We provide the green space and tools for our neighbors to grow healthy produce together and strengthen community bonds. Plots can be purchased during the growing season. This program requires advanced registration and a small fee. Application for the 2025 growing season coming soon.

Meals on Wheels Dining Site
Neighbors aged 60+ can join us at 11 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for a free, hot meal. Meals will be served at 11:30 AM. Seniors will be able to socialize and play games during this time in addition to enjoying their meal. No registration required!
