You may sign up for a Food Center shopping appointment using the calendar below. Call us at 616.272.3634 with any questions. The Food Center is open Tuesdays 6:00–8:00PM and on Thursdays 11:00AM–1:00PM and 6:00–8:00PM.

What should I do if I miss my shopping appointment?
Call 616-272-3634 as soon as possible to get a new appointment.
What are the consequences for a missed appointment?
The first missed an appointment will result in you receiving a box of food the next time you come in to shop. If you miss two appointments without notifying Streams of your absence then you forfeit the right to shop at the food center.
If I can no longer attend my appointment, can I send someone else?
Yes, you may send someone else but have them bring a note from you or call us to say you approve of them shopping for you.
