2025 is off to a good start with all programs back underway. We praise God for his continued provision and guidance. As we enter February, join us in lifting the following requests to our Heavenly Father:
- Food Center: Praise God for the donations that came in over the holidays that continue to help keep our shelves stocked. Prayers for our neighbors. Many are facing uncertain and difficult situations regarding finances, housing issues and other basic needs. Pray for God’s protection and provision.
- Tutoring: Praise God for the new tutors God has led to Streams recently and the ability to shorten our waiting list. Pray for students to stay healthy and attend their designated times.
- Streams ‘U’: Praise God for connecting us to facilitators for a few upcoming classes. Pray for God to move in the hearts of those that will attend the Grief and Loss class in February. Pray for Starlight Ministries as they present helpful tools and information and that those in attendance will experience community and support.
- Praise God for the new volunteers that have engaged with Streams and those that have faithfully served for years.
- As Streams strives to continue sharing the love of Jesus through programs and relationship building, pray for God’s continued wisdom, guidance and provision.

- Grief and Loss Class: Starlight Ministries is coming to Streams February 12, 19 and 26 to hold a workshop on grief and loss. They will talk about what to expect with grief and some helpful tools. This workshop is for anyone who has experienced loss or is walking alongside someone who has. Whether a Streams neighbor, supporter, volunteer or community member, all adults are welcome! - Thank you! A huge thank you to the churches and organizations that donated items to our food pantry in the last 3 months. Your donations have played a vital role in helping us keep our shelves stock into this new year, and we are so grateful for your generosity!!
