It has been an exciting year of growth at Streams. As we enter into December we pray for God’s continued provision. Join us in lifting the following requests this month:
- Food Center: Pray for God to continue providing enough food for our neighbors as we enter the holiday season. Praise God for our amazing volunteers and the time they give each week!
- Tutoring: Pray for safety and health for students over Christmas break. Thank God for our tutors who are so dedicated to helping students grow.
- SWAG: This month students are talking about healthy relationships and friendships. Continue to pray for students to grow and learn.
- Many of our neighbors face difficulties with housing, finances, transportation and illness. Pray for God’s provision and grace in the situations they are facing.
- Thank you! Join us in thanking God for our amazing staff, volunteers, and donors who support Streams throughout the year!
- Pray for God’s provision in helping us reach our financial goals and remain debt free as we enter 2024.
Current Needs
- Year End Giving: Thank you for your continued support of Streams! The match opportunity has been extended to December 31st, so year end gifts will continue to have double the impact! Watch the video at this link for more details about the work God is doing at Streams.
- We would love to visit your church or have you host a leadership meeting here at Streams. Reach out to makalah@streamsgr.org to set something up.
- Live Nativity: Streams is excited to host a Live Nativity put on by local churches, on Friday, December 8, 2023. Performances at 6:30, 7:00, & 7:30 pm with hot chocolate and cookies after each show.
- Reminder: Streams strives to show the love of Jesus through programs and relationships. Our programs focus mainly on health and education. We do not assist with financial needs, gas cards, rent or utilities. If you have questions about what we offer please reach out to makalah@streamsgr.org.
