To demonstrate the love of Jesus through programs and relationships that build a healthier neighborhood.

To be the hub of a vibrant, growing, empowering community where neighbors are committed to the growth of each person while maintaining our uncompromised values and love for Jesus.

Equity, respect, and dignity.

Community development from within.

Courageous relationship building.

We love like Jesus loved.

We are wholly invested in our community.

To our faithful supporters,

As Streams of Hope celebrates its biggest year of impact yet, I am excited to share with you a refreshed brand identity and guiding statements for our ministry.

For 17 years, we have responded to needs in our community with tangible, accessible support. What began as an idea to support local elementary students in 2006 has since expanded to encompass a variety of empowering programs focused on the critical areas of food, education, and health for youth and adults of all ages.

Our aim is to make Streams increasingly effective at our primary goal: loving like Jesus loved. If we do nothing else, we will have succeeded. To that end, we are introducing these updates to make our name and purpose more clear. We want to utilize language that even a child or an English language learner can understand. We want neighbors who have never interacted with us before to understand what we offer and feel welcome to it.

Our new logo is inspired by an interconnected, life-giving community. The vibrant green represents our desire for health and wellness in all areas of life: physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional. The deep blue reminds us of streams of life-giving water flowing to our community. The rotating spokes represent forward movement—learning, growing, giving, changing, becoming whole.

Thank you for your support of Streams. May we continue to strengthen our community through this Healthy Neighborhood Hub!

With excitement,

Kurtis Kaechele
Executive Director

A Call to Give:
We Need Your Help

In 2022, God has pushed us to upgrade and expand some of our existing programs in order to impact more neighborhood families in a more meaningful way. We’re so excited about the positive responses to these changes, but we are facing significant cost increases to maintain programs at this level.

This summer, would you support Streams with your best financial gift? We are so grateful to the many partners who make this work possible, and we’re asking more and more neighbors to invest in the ministry of Streams. Together, we are creating a healthy neighborhood hub!
